This is a very pretty Smith Glass amberina “Moon and Star” round, butter dish. Smith Glass produced the moon and star pattern for many years, beginning in the early 1960’s.

The color is fantastic on this piece. It goes from red to very close to orange. It sparkles in the sunlight.
