Nikko China started business in 1908 as Nikko Ironstone, in Kanazawa, Japan. Through the years the company went through several name changes and moves, and ended up with showrooms in New York and Tokyo. In 2011 Nikko launched, at Maison & Objet in Paris, the leading home goods trade show. Also, in 2014, it made its debut at Frankfurt Ambiente, the world’s largest consumer goods trade show. The company is still in business today. (I obtained this information from the Nikko web site.)

This is a Nikko “Precious” dinner plate. It was produced in the 1960’s.
I have four (4) of these dinner plates for sale, each one separately. They are all in very good, used condition.
