This is a pretty pink floral Haviland & Company, Limoges, France, “Minneapolis” pattern dessert plate. I am unsure of the age of this plate, however, Alex Anderson and Son began business in 1897, and was in business for many years afterward. They specialized in fine china. This plate has a second backstamp, like some other pieces that I have listed. This is because Mr. Anderson was a volume seller of Limoges & Co. china. They made this pattern especially for him.
This little plate is beautiful, and is in very good, used condition. Take a look at the pictures, and if you have questions, please e-mail.
