C. F. Monroe / Nakara / Wave Crest Porcelain Card or Letter Box

Hi,

This is a small antique porcelain card or letter box. It was manufactured by the C. F. Monroe Company of Meriden, Connecticut. This company made many types of hand painted, dressing table items. The items they produced are very similar to the items produced by the Wave Crest Co. Monroe closed their doors in 1917.

This little box is in excellent condition. It is hand decorated with little flowers and has brass accents.
