Blue Fenton Hobnail Cased Glass /Overlay Vase

Hi,

This is a pretty blue Fenton overlay / cased glass hobnail vase. I know that Fenton first produced the hobnail style pieces in the 1950’s, but am not sure when the blue cased / overlay was first done. I know that it was done before 1986 because it does not have the Fenton mark. Any piece manufactured before 1986 had a sticker, and no mark. If someone does know, please e-mail.
